We are the team of the international IT recruitment agency Lucky Hunter, and we are looking for a creative, self-motivated and result-oriented Content Manager who will help us reach new heights of publicity and capture the international IT recruiting markets, first of all - the British one!
We are developing rapidly: providing proper motivation and diligence, each of our employees can get a promotion, we only encourage this approach. Prospects for further development of a Content Manager is a growth to a PR Manager or a Marketer. Everything depends on your desire and skills.
Our team comprises a PR Manager, a Content Manager (on a Part-Time basis) and a Designer. The only missing puzzle is you!
What you’ll do:
- Regularly write articles for the company's blog in Russian and English (2 articles per week);
- Regularly write articles on various platforms (VC, LinkedIn, Medium, Hackernoon etc);
- Develop and implement the company's content strategy together with the PR manager;
- Publish articles in the Tilda constructor (if you have not worked with Tilda before, we will teach you);
- Create content for our website pages, presentations, and mailouts;
- Search for new channels for posting articles;
- Conduct IT market trends research, study competitors and our target audience on a regular basis;
- Participate in team brainstorming, and search for new ideas to promote the company.
What we expect from you:
- Work experience as a Content Manager for at least 6 months;
- Desire to develop in the IT field;
- Ability to work full-time;
- Passion for multifarious tasks and the ability to be flexible;
- Literacy, creativity, accuracy, attention to detail (and other must-have soft skills);
MANDATORY knowledge of English at a high level (at least Upper-Intermediate).
A basic understanding of SEO principles will be to your advantage!
