We are looking for an experienced Regional sales Director to join the Refocus team. This specialist will stand at the dawn of creating an outstanding case in the global market. The primary goal in this role is to lead conversion rate significantly and ensure the systematic growth of revenue.

About Refocus

Refocus is a remote-first EdTech company with more than 300 employees in more than 10 countries all over the world. We help people in South East Asia to get an IT profession and get employed in 6 months. We launched in January 2022 in the Philippines and Indonesia and have already reached >$960k in monthly revenue and more than 6000 students.

We plan to launch 4 professions and reach $1 mln in revenue by the end of the year.

Details about our position:

What you are going to do:

  • Build an effective sales process, test hypotheses;
  • Hire, lead and develop a team of Head of Sales, Team Leads and sales managers;
  • Build a clear and effective promotion system within the sales team;
  • Ensure the systematic growth of the conversion metrics (CR2);
  • Ensure the systematic growth of MRR [Monthly Recurring Revenue];
  • Monitor the implementation of the plan and control of operational indicators.

Required skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience as the Director of sales, Regional sales director etc.;
  • A proven track of record in B2C sales field, result-oriented and data driven approach;
  • A proven ability to manage a team of 60+employees;
  • A proven working experience with analytical systems/dashboards;
  • Fluent in English (level at least C1).
