Looking for B2B Client Acquisition Manager/Growth Hacker for B2B Tech/Software niche

Love Growth LLC is a fast-growing network of growth experts that helps B2B Tech business to generate new business. We are expending and seeking motivated growth hackers.

What will you be doing?

You will be researching and analysing prospect data

You will be communicating with prospects/potential clients via email/social channels

You will be creating Video Audits in Loom to get potential clients on the call with sales team

You will be organising and maintaining a portfolio of clients

You will be driving real revenue and having fun while you do it

Job Responsibilities:

• Writing cold emails & LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook outreach messages to Tech decision makers (Founder, Co-Founder, CEO's ...) in Silicon Valley

• Creating and sending Really personalised video audits (small videos recorded in Loom, of how we can grow they businesses) to Founders/Co-Founders/CEOs of B2B SaaS startups

• Be passioned about learning and reading about Tech, IT, Innovations that is happening in Silicon Valley and all around the world

• You have to be able to “speak the B2B Tech Startup” language in other words be familiar/heavily interested with that niche

• Create/Repost publish on company's LinkedIn small insights into niche everyday (15 min work)

• You don't need to actually Sell on the phone. However, it's important be able to: lead the client from acquisition -> briefing -> to project implementation and reporting. Your task is to execute Cold Email/LinkedIn campaign (Series of 5 personalised emails with pot. client audits), listen and hear the client, understand what the client meant, what he wants, and, depending on the wishes of the client, correctly set the task, and implement.

What skills do you need?

Speak/write in English

Be productive and comfortable working late evenings/early morning for US time zones

You need to be a great researcher

You need analytics and Excel skills

You need to have some knowledge of sales cycles

Independence and initiative

Creativity and non-standard approach to solving problems.

RESULT: new clients and projects in the company.

We are looking for motivated graduates who have studied engineering, math, business, communications, or similar areas.

Or for 1-3 year experienced workers in growth team or teams that work with B2B, corporate clients for Yandex, Sber, Mail, Tinkoff, Accenture, IBM, Microsoft, SAP, McKinsey & Co. ... big Tech companies or niched B2B international startups.

Conditions:

Training is paid for. High-performing reps will be on track to earn up to $60k per year. There's a base salary, and a large commission component. There is also room to grow. Please only apply if you are a high-performer and you are willing to work hard to earn more than the industry average. We want "a Players, full-stack individuals".
