- HR support of teams (80+ employees): participation in team design, supervision and support of hiring, on-boarding, assessment, etc;
- Understanding team economics, proposing and implementing HR solutions to improve team effectiveness;
- Ensuring communication - delivering news, changes, mood monitoring, regular meetings with employees;
- Budgeting of HR activities, implementation of budgets, cost control;
- Collecting feedback from employees, handling objections;
- Participation in other HR projects.
- Higher education, professional background in HR will be an advantage;
- Complex, systematic understanding of the HR function;
- 3+ years experience in the role of HR BP, HR Manager, HR Generalist;
- Analytical mindset - ability to see a problem, propose solutions, ability to see opportunities for improvement;
- Ability to build HR with business needs, ability to customize HR tools based on team needs;
- Ability to multitask;
- Friendliness, optimism and human-oriented. It will be difficult without these qualities;
- We need a team player who will support and supplement the current HR team;
- Russian - fluent;
- English - upper-intermediate or better.
