HR Business Partner (Cyprus)

DATADUCK is an international marketing agency with a multinational team and extensive expertise in digital and IT technologies. We work all over the world and provide full support services to the clients of the industry in the field of Internet marketing

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• HR support of teams (80+ employees): participation in team design, supervision and support of hiring, on-boarding, assessment, etc;
• Understanding team economics, proposing and implementing HR solutions to improve team effectiveness;
• Ensuring communication - delivering news, changes, mood monitoring, regular meetings with employees;
• Offboarding;
• Budgeting of HR activities, implementation of budgets, cost control;
• Collecting feedback from employees, handling objections;
• Participation in other HR projects.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education, professional background in HR will be an advantage;
• Complex, systematic understanding of the HR function;
• 3+ years experience in the role of HR BP, HR Manager, HR Generalist;
• Analytical mindset - ability to see a problem, propose solutions, ability to see opportunities for improvement;
• Ability to build HR with business needs, ability to customize HR tools based on team needs;
• Ability to multitask;
• Friendliness, optimism and human-oriented. It will be difficult without these qualities;
• We need a team player who will support and supplement the current HR team;
• Russian - fluent;
• English - upper-intermediate or better.
