Roonyx is an international software development company with presence in the U.S. and Russia. We equip small and medium businesses with custom-made web & mobile apps, providing easy and efficient tools to reach goals, explore and conquer new markets.

  • Our clients are from Europe, USA, Australia, Asia.
  • Our team is distributed and has departments of PM, Design, Marketing, Web и Mobile development, QA, Global Sales и HD.
  • Our technological process of development is built according to Scrum/ Kanban.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative for the international sales department to shape & implement the company's expansion policy to the US market.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead outreach campaigns in LinkedIn and other B2B platforms.
  • Communicate with potential clients.
  • Navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs.
  • Generate qualified leads and send them to the sales team.
  • Filling and updating data in a CRM system.
  • Apply an Account Based Marketing (ABM) approach to generate a robust marketing pipeline.
  • Create and execute campaigns and programs that drive engagement with our target audiences.

Experience and skills:

  • Excellent written English.
  • Fluent Russian.
  • 1+ year of experience in IT as a lead generation specialist or an SDR.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Attention to details.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Strong desire to learn.
  • Will be an advantage if you don't live in Russia or Belarus because of the difficulty of transferring money from the U.S. to those countries.

We offer

  • 12 am to 9 pm flexible work schedule
  • Probation period: 3 months
  • Fixed salary + bonuses based on the monthly results
