Remote Technical Sourcer

We are seeking a fully remote Technical Sourcer to join our remote, Europe based Acquisition team. You will partner with our Tech Recruiter to find and engage the best Tech talent across Europe/ EMEA for our customers.

We are ready to hire those who have moved or are planning to move to third countries.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiting team to understand the role, and business impact

• Identify, engage and activate candidates through the use of Boolean, social media, and various techniques and platforms

• Build pools of top talent for engineering, data, product, and more

• Continuously improve and standardize sourcing best practices

Qualifications:

• Experience in a technical sourcing or a great desire to grow in this role (IT)

• Experience with modern Internet resources and analytics

• Passion for quality over quantity

• Results-driven; able to think and act quickly

• Excellent verbal and written communication, fluent Russian and upper-intermediate English (written and spoken).
