At Prisma Labs we make AI applications for photo and video processing using neural network technology, deep learning, and computer vision. All this is to give users the opportunity to get a professional level of image or video processing in a couple of seconds.

Prisma Labs currently has three products in its portfolio:

Prisma — app based on neural style transfer technology allows you to turn any user photo into a painting, sketch, or comic. Launched in 2016, it has gained global success and became the app of the year on the App Store and Google Play. Prisma has been downloaded by over 100 million users worldwide.

Lensa — was launched in 2018 and has evolved into a full-fledged AI photo editor with FX effects and a variety of options for processing any type of photo in one-touch. Lensa's audience is rapidly growing in the US and European markets, with over 15 million downloads already.

Skim is an AI video editor currently in development. It continues the story with one-touch editing and allows users to create their own mini-movies in a couple of clicks.

We are also launching a range of Web-based and desktop products for professional use by photographers, designers, and content creators.

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (Instagram* & Youtube)

What you will do

• Defining and implementing the company's social media strategy, content plan and marketing campaigns (working exclusively with English-speaking audiences) for Instagram* & Youtube
• Working with creators and influencers (as part of a content strategy and collaborations)
• Focusing on business metrics and building the analytics system of the stream (from account subscribers, reach, ER, etc. to MAU, installs, RR, trials, subscriptions, revenue, ROAS)
• Attracting new users to our applications (via social media) - introducing viral mechanics, marketing content (Instagram* Reels), user-generated content challenges
• Reactivating and increasing engagement of existing app users - transferring app users to social media, engaging and educating them about app capabilities as part of a content strategy
• Determining the necessary resources to implement the strategy, be able and not be afraid working ’hands-on’ on the large pool of tasks at the start
• Managing the work of contractors (designers, copywriters, ...)

What we expect from you?

• 4-5+ years experience in marketing with a focus on an international audience (including experience in SMM and/or other types of digital marketing and marketing communications)
• Fluent English
• Strong project management skills (organization of processes, quality management of a pool of contractors)
• A clear understanding of current content trends in Reels, Stories, TT, and the ability to build complex marketing strategies around them
• Experience in preparing and implementing a strategy in social media at the intersection of reach (viral content + challenges) and performance campaigns on Instagram* (Reels - will be a huge plus), Tik Tok, Youtube
• Experience in working with different audience segments in SMM, both existing userbase (engagement, retention) and a new audience (attracting new users through outreach campaigns, challenges, viral content, etc.) is a big plus
• Experience of living/studying / working abroad is a big plus
