FUNCORP develops entertaining UGC apps that are used daily by tens of millions of people around the world. We actively expand our products and launch new ones using a data-driven approach, machine learning, modern technologies, tools, and SDK. No legacy, technical debt, and bureaucracy. 
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Head of Recruitment who shares our values, has quality experience in scaling talent acquisition processes, and will teach us how to work even more efficiently.

The position is open at our Cyprus office. We provide visa and relocation support if needed.

Requirements:

  • at least 3 years of experience in leading recruitment processes and team management;
  • experience in talent acquisition in the relevant tech stack;
  • experience in analyzing and influencing key HR metrics and funnels;
  • experience in processes building, implementation, and optimization;
  • passion for recruitment: high-quality experience in closing narrow-profile and top IT positions understanding the effectiveness of search channels and tools;
  • feedback handling skills;
  • professional and personal maturity;
  • advanced level of English.
     

Main tasks:

  • improving key team indicators and reducing the cost of hiring;
  • improving employees' onboarding and offboarding process, reaching effective tools and approaches;
  • team building: management, training, and mentoring of the strong recruiting team;
  • hands-on recruitment for top IT positions;
  • evolving relationships with hiring managers and main stack holders
  • promotion of the HR brand;
  • improving and systematization of internal reporting and analytics.
