Head of Products

WeLoveNocode helps founders create awesome products without code. Nocode is perhaps the fastest growing industry in the world right now. 

We've recently raised a Seed round from the Snapchat Product Directors, and as a business, we are growing at a rapid pace. We are an awesome remote-based team, working together to build a brilliant company! We are in search of a superstar Head of products who has a knack for building high-quality, extremely scalable products with no-code tools, who will increase conversions at app.welovenocode.com, and reach $1M MRR. 

What You'll Do: 

- Lead all product initiatives at WLNC by creating new products with no-code tools; 

- Increase lead/subscription conversion of app.welovenocode.com 

- Manage app.welovenocode.com to become the biggest no-code talent marketplace; 

- Hire and manage other product managers; 

- Be "hands-on" and create no-code products by yourself 

- Generate ideas and hypotheses to increase conversions on our products. 

What You'll Bring: 

- You built a minimum 1 product with no-code by yourself 

- Solid experience in building projects with tools like Bubble/Airtable etc... 

- Successfully managed products in a company growing from x to 5x ($1m monthly revenue and more) 

- Hands-on in Google Analytics and Figma 

- You hired a product team and managed it successfully 

- You must have a strong bias for action and the ability to foster a competitive, results-driven mentality in your team; 

- You have tested hundreds of hypotheses with HADI or similar 

- Strong written and oral communication skills
