Integration Manager

Flow Health is a network of clinical laboratories providing large scale COVID-19 testing (and a full spectrum of other clinical tests!). Our in-house laboratory information and management system serves the needs of users ranging from our own employees in labs, in the field, in billing and customer success to our clients, clinical, corporate and general public.

We offer a chance to work with an international team spread across three continents: North America (Los Angeles, CA and Atlanta, Georgia), Asia (Manila, Philippines) and Europe. Our development team is mostly located in Russia and CIS.

We are searching for a results-oriented Integration Manager to develop and support complex integrations with our clients and lab equipment. You will be focused on managing/improving our integration process and fully responsible for the quality of our Integrations. This role reports to the Lead Product Owner.

As an Integration Manager you will :

• create and improve Integration related processes
• serve as the main point of contact for our Clients during the integration phase and as technical point of contact for our Clients following the integration phase
• plan and manage resources
• ensure that integration requirements are well defined and documented
• collaborate with Product Owners and communicate project priorities, monitor and escalate issues
• provide regular update reports to management as required
• assimilate technical documentation and information to be able to provide technical guidance
• facilitate the communication and collaboration of several development teams.

We would love to work with you if you :

• have a 2-3 years experience as Project / Integration Manager in an IT company
• speak English and Russian (Advanced level)
• have a good understanding of Technical systems and are able to understand terms like HTTP protocol, web services, ect
• have the excellent customer service approach, high availability
• are willing to work during non-standard working hours in order to ensure a high level of clients satisfaction
• are able to work with remote cross-functional teams
• are highly motivated, creative, dynamic, and strong team player
