Project Manager

Tinkoff Asia is expanding globally, and we are looking for a Project Manager who will be in charge of coordinating project launches in the Philippines, including product and technological platforms development, operations, licensing, and other processes. Your task will be to develop and keep an updated project plan, monitor its realization, establish interdependencies and facilitate potential risks of a launch delay.

 What we expect that you have:

• Successful project management in IT with at least 2-3 years of experience.
• Experience in managing a team of at least 10 people.
• Expert knowledge of project/task management systems (MS Project, JIRA, or other).
• Experience in optimizing processes when performing project tasks.
• Ability to build processes, establish communication and achieve goals.
• Proactivity, stress tolerance, results orientation.
• Upper-intermediate English (B2).

What you will do: 

• Create a project launch plan.
• Analyze project dependencies and monitor tasks accomplishment.
• Find the critical path and follow it at all levels of the project
• Organize an effective communication process.
• Track project execution at various stages.
• Manage risks during the project.
• Interact with internal customers, teams, and stakeholders.
• Prepare regular reporting and plans.
