We provide state-of-the-art technology solutions for hotel clients to help them increase revenue and achieve operational efficiency. Our portfolio consists of top SaaS and software products: AI-driven Revenue Management system, world’s #1 hotel software, OTA with localized Marketing Boost, growth-driven marketing solutions.
The pandemic has accelerated the need for tech-driven marketing and operations innovation in hospitality and 2021 has been a great year for us. Currently, thousands of B2B clients and B2C users trust us and our products. Our goal is to democratize travel in the region with a network of 10,000 budget & mid-range hotels by 2022, helping them increase revenue and achieve operational efficiency. Responsibilities
- Define ZEN Rooms’s growth strategy - you will be a part of the leadership team of the company
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the BD & AMs
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures it’s a strong presence
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of commercial teams
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new services and competition status
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from a top university (local/foreign)
- Have a proven track record of delivering high levels of performance, sustained customer satisfaction, and consistent achievement of business goals
- Proactive and driven by the desire to contribute to the company’s growth
- Self-reliant to ensure responsibilities are accomplished with minimal supervision
- Able to multitask and manage several projects at the same time
- Outstanding analytical and interpersonal skills
- Preferably have prior experience working in startup/digital marketing companies
