Product Manager (Middle)

Hi, we are a TravelTech startup looking for a Product Manager (Middle) to join the team. We are launching an MVP and need you to take it over and manage. You have a chance to be at the root, realize your potential and become a partner of the company!

Understand all stages of product development and market sourcing.

Professional in data collection and analysis, Custdev, Data Driven, JTBD, A/B testing

Have a successful track record of rolling out a new product to the market

Expert in achieving Product-Market fit. 

Confident operate on English-language market

Ready to work hands on and lead a team. 

Open to rapid growth and a great flow of news, ideas, people

Goal of the position: Find value proposition. Development and growth of the product. 

Tasks: 

- Analysis of existing data, search for missing data

- Market research 

- Segmentation of customers, identification of needs, CustDev, etc. 

- Analysis of competition 

- Formation of hypotheses and rapid hypothesis testing

- Measuring results, drawing conclusions

- Work with the funnel, build CJM

- Calculating unit economics, planning a roadmap

- Shaping, refining product based on tests

- Setting goals for development, marketing, etc

- Product MVP launch

- Finding new points of growth for the company

What's important to us:

- Relevant experience in the position of product manager from 3 years

- English proficiency (C1)

- Experience in project management: task definition, task decomposition. 

- Case studies of successful new product launches 

- Experience in operating with metrics and analysis tools 

- Knowledge of agile methodologies basics
