Finance and Strategy Analyst

We’re looking for a Finance and Strategy Analyst to provide support to finance and strategy teams/stakeholders with:

• Analysing & reporting on company performance 
• International expansion
• Investor relations & fundraising

You will report to the CFO and will split time between finance and strategy teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in maintaining and supporting the company’s strategic model
• Conduct analysis of the company’s strategic initiatives from the financial and operations perspectives and report findings to the senior team
• Assist with fundraising activities:
  • Support with preparation of materials, e.g. decks, Q&As, reports etc
  • Collect and organise documentation, e.g. for due diligence 
  • Ensure successful project management and communication around tracking progress
• Assist with preparation of regular reports/other company communications to company shareholders, the board of directors and the executive leadership team
• Conduct/oversee the research of international expansion markets
• Provide any other relevant support to the finance and strategy functions

REQUIREMENTS 

• Ideally, your background is in finance or professional services (i.e. management consulting, investment banking etc), an in-house strategy role or equivalent
• Strong communication, organisational and project management skills will be critical
• Strong data skills are essential (advanced Excel skills as a minimum)
• Experience with finding, analysing and synthesizing relevant information is desirable
• Balance attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly, and we need to do them well
• Must have an advanced level of English language proficiency (minimum C1 on the CEFR scale or equivalent level)
