IT recruiter

Clain is an international start-up. We build sophisticated analysis software that provides regulatory compliance for crypto related businesses and empower forensic investigators with ingenious tools to detect and explore crypto-enabled crimes.

• You will be hiring a diverse set of positions across IT engineering, data science and data analysis, along with product teams
• You will be building candidate pipelines using new hiring platforms, communities and various sourcing tools in addition to network referrals, social media prospecting, events, and your existing relationships wherever possible
• You will follow strategic plan to communicate effectively at every stage of the recruitment processes and close candidates with as little friction as possible
• You will be self-managing and use CRM to assess your hiring performance

Requirements:

• You have at least 1 year experience recruiting a variety of IT roles and know what questions to ask to ensure you understand the scope of a new position
• You’re not lost in IT terminology and don’t google the terms when it comes to speaking with candidates
• You know how to manage a recruitment process, source candidates, and close offers
• You have both passion and capability to perform the job well, where passion comes first
• You’re always open to feedback and continuous improvement
• You’re both a self-driver and a responsible, disciplined team player
• Good English skills will be a huge plus to effective communication
