QA Automation Engineer

Parallels Remote Application Server is a virtual application and desktop delivery solution allowing to access and use applications and data from any device. From engineering perspective it's a technically challenging and interesting project, involving many programming languages, distributed across several operating systems and platforms, working on-prem or in the cloud.

Responsibilities:

• Writing, executing and debugging automated test cases.
• Setting up of the test frameworks and automation infrastructure.
• Working with common API’s and libraries for test automation.
• Development of services for test infrastructure.

Requirements:

• Experience in automation testing. 2+ years of hands on experience with Python.
• Experience in using Python test frameworks such as Pytest or Unittest.
• Proficiency with MacOS, Windows and Linux operating systems at the level of an experienced user - you should be comfortable with shell.
• Hands on experience with VCS beyond 'git pull/push' commands.
• Experience in developing web services (Django/Flask, REST API, ORM).
• Experience using continuous integration tools (Jenkins) and deployment automation (Ansible) is a plus.
• English - intermediate.
