HR Generalist

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR, preferably in international IT company
• Good understanding of key recruitment processes
• Knowledge and usage of HR processes and tools
• Empathy and communication skills
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
• Fluent Russian, Intermediate written English

Responsibilities

• Source and interview candidates
• Own hiring paperwork and internal HR policies
• Onboard newcomers
• Manage team relations, internal events
• Develop and support company brand on the job market
