Responsibilities for a Junior SDR:
- Be the first initial point of qualification and segmentation of inbound leads and opportunities
- Initiate telephone and email contact with potential prospects from different inbound sources
- Cold calling as needed
- Research different sources of information (lead lists, linkedin, google, etc) regarding potential customers and partners
- Coordinate activities with other Sales Team members
- Update and maintain the CRM system, experience with CRM systems is desirable
- Maintain and promote a successful and positive work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements for a Junior SDR
- 1 year of experience in B2B sales
- Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- Strong command of English – B2 and above is a must
- Excellent electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools
- Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a high energy, motivated self-starter
- Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities
