**Alms is looking for an outstanding Community Manager!**
We are Alms, a remote-first startup aimed at helping millions of people around the globe live impactful lives. Our MVP on AppStore has been downloaded more than 15K times. We've recently secured new funding round to grow and transform into a social network for those seeking a more impactful life
That's where you come in. We seek someone who will help build, expand and nurture our community. It will include a range of tasks, from establishing relationships with influencers in various fields to creating content and working with our users directly on everything community related
It is a full-time remote-friendly opportunity with stock options
We're a seed-stage startup co-founded with Palta (investors behind such top consumer apps like Flo, Simple, MSQRD and Prisma)
What you'll do
- Do whatever it reasonably takes to grow and nurture Alms community
- Monitor community stats and ensure it is thriving
- Conceive, discuss and deliver on community development plans
- Identify and invite influencers to the community, work with them to ensure efficiency
- Create content for the community as needed, in coordination with the content team
- Lead communications efforts: create and implement the strategy; decide on the channels; implement campaigns; assets production; copywriting
Job requirements
- Experience of managing communities (online or offline, mobile or web)
- Deep understanding of groups' and communities' internal mechanics: how they work, how they grow, what and how generates value
- Eagerness to talk to and learn from users, to understand what they want
- Fluent written and spoken English (B2 is a must, C1+ preferred)
- Experience of living abroad is a plus
- Experience of working with influencers is a plus
- Experience of working in communications is a plus
