X-Cart is an international company with headquarters in Athens, GA, USA provides eCommerce solutions for online merchants all over the Globe. Our Customer Care team is expanding and we are ready to welcome caring and positive people aboard!

Customer Care agent is the first one to meet potential or long-term X-Cart customers, share positive attitude, help them with their online stores and, of course, tell as much information about X-Cart products and services as possible. Being a customer care representative is a great chance to let your personality and knowledge shine!

Customer Care Representative Responsibilities are:

  • Provide customer service via email, live chat and over the phone.
  • Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about X-Cart products and services.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, finding the solution to fix the problem or escalating it to the Technical Support Department.
  • Cooperate with X-Cart team to deliver Top Level Customer Experience.
  • Always learn. IT industry is dynamic, keep pace with it if you want to succeed.

You may be a perfect candidate if:

  • You have English speaking and writing skills on Advanced level.
  • You are good at listening, conflict handling and multi-tasking.
  • You are not afraid of taking responsibility and willing to grow.
  • You are empathic, caring and cooperative, enjoy sharing and getting experience.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in eCommerce and software industry is preferable but not a must. We are willing to educate our teammates on how to deliver the best results!
  • English proficiency level (speaking and writing) - Advanced or higher.
  • Familiarity with office software is preferable.

Terms of employment:

  • Training course – from 1 to 3 months. Scholarship is provided during the training period.
  • Our cozy offices are located in downtown.
