Marketing Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Design and create landing pages and email templates from scratch
• Create HTML email templates using a table-based structure
• Check across 100+ email clients and support them
• Setup and manage marketing campaigns (email, push, etc.)
• Analyze daily, weekly and monthly results; report on insights and ways to optimize campaigns
• Help guide our overall marketing strategy through design, prototyping, and market research
• Resolve support requests on a day-to-day basis
• Partner closely with the product team to communicate brand value
• Balance speed and quality, with a focus on tangible results

Qualifications:

• Excellent knowledge of English language (spoken and written)
• 4+ years experience as email developer
• 3-5 years of tactical, hands-on experience in email marketing and marketing automation administration developing and implementing automated marketing campaigns
• Proven knowledge of HTML/CSS across multiple browsers and platforms; Able to code a marketing email using HTML as well as intermediate level of skills with Javascript
• Strong understanding of the latest trends, challenges, and capabilities in the marketing automation and email marketing space
• Understanding design principles and follow pixel perfect design concept
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Deep understanding of technology

• Organized and self-sufficient
• SQL knowledge is a plus
