Core mission:

In Gett Delivery we are reinventing the last mile delivery to provide the best and quickest delivery experience to the consumers of our B2B customers. As a Delivery product analyst your key goal will be to track, improve and optimize the performance of our Delivery products and algorithms, in order to constantly increase key metrics across all regions.

You will be planning and running a/b tests and experiments, identify product opportunities through data and market analysis, analyse Delivery features impact, and work as part of our Delivery product team together with development, algo and business operations teams to assess new features and support the product roadmap decision making process.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the product vision and roadmap building and prioritization process, understanding the cost/return economics of the relevant features in order to drive prioritisation decisions
  • Adjusting the features and priority dynamically based on user feedback and realignment of business priorities
  • Developing and managing product metrics tree, checking and hearing anomalies in product flow
  • Managing A/B testing and experiments to optimize product metrics performance and make data-driven decisions
  • Conducting market research to proactively identify business opportunities and risks (including competitor analysis)
  • Synthesise both quantitative and qualitative user researches into insights that deepen our understanding of our product performance and user behaviour
  • Supports the full circle of machine learning models implementation with Algo-team, generate new ideas of ML usage in product
  • Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders (Business and Information Technology) to define the features required to deliver the necessary business outcomes and ensure the associated success criteria are clearly understood and agreed
  • Product data owner, identify the data sources, collect information about service capabilities and develop a good understanding of technical dependencies, support data-team to implement the right tracking of key events and metrics
  • Collaborate with operations team to promote Gett Delivery’s business goals with the Delivery products

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience as a product or business analyst
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with Python for data analysis - a plus
  • Experience with complex A/B testing and experiment design
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy)
  • Fluent English
  • Educated to a Degree level. Preferably in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics or other quantitative fields
  • Prior experience in a tech start-up or marketplace company - a big plus
  • Experience with spatial / geographic analysis - a plus
  • Exceptional analytical skills and strong business acumen
  • Creative and out of the box thinking
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Able to work under tight and demanding timelines in a fast paced environment
  • Self-motivated and independent
