AdOperator is a fast-growing international Self-serv advertising platform, which provides our partners and clients with converting traffic.

We are in search of experienced BDD, able to take the Company to the next level, with an outlook for the COO role

In the role of BDD we wait you to:

  • Provide a quantum growth of Key Accounts all over the Globe;
  • Conduct negotiations, meetings, calls, signing contracts;
  • Establish strong and long-term relations with new clients;
  • Search new possibilities to wide the Company’s market presence;
  • Mentor sales team;
  • Communicate with IT department on new features and improvements;
  • Attend events and conferences and actively network

We expect you:

  • Have proven experience in business development in tech industries (finance, advertising, Telecom);
  • Have deep Digital Marketing and business processes insight;
  • Can speak English fluently;
  • Have advanced negotiation and networking skills;
  • Can reach the decision maker no matter what;
  • Are in itch for money;
  • Able to make your own choices and take the responsibility;
  • Have managerial experience, can coach, motivate and support the team;

Having a General Management experience, budgeting, profitability management experience is a huge plus.
