HR Generalist (Marketing division)

We are looking for HR Generalist to join a dynamic team for working with people from Marketing division!

Responsibilities:

1. Take care of the marketing team in all HR processes:

• Recruitment (manage the interview and selection process: search, screening and candidate selections);
• Onboarding for newcomers;
• Maintenance their professional development and motivation;
• Assessments to determine and arrange orientation and training programs;

2. Execute HR initiatives in the areas of talent management and engagement strategies.

What we expect from you:

• A true experience in managing all aspects of HR-processes and process improvement;
• Strong verbal and written English skills (Upper-Intermediate is a must);
• Understanding what drives value for the business area you support;
• Results and people-oriented personal traits;
• Outstanding interpersonal skills: must display helpfulness at all times – front line contact for employee issues;
• Work experience with marketing and/or sales/CS teams will be a great advantage;
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment;
• Analytical skills, understanding the needs of the team, the ability to quickly switch;
• A positive attitude towards life and the desire not only to work but to hard work and take care of your teams.
