HR Manager

HR Manager Russia & CIS (Kazan) 

Requirements:

• You will have a recommended HR experience of 5-10 years or more in an international company as HR Manager
• You have a good knowledge of Russian Labor law
• The successful candidate should also be able to demonstrate high levels of self-motivation, the ability to rapidly integrate into an international and matrix environment and excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously
• The candidate will have to have enough charisma in order to be recognized quickly as a business partner
• A good command of English (spoken and written) is must

The post holder will be required to ensure consistency in the implementation of local regulation and HR policy by:

• Developing the local talents
• Implementing and supporting the HR processes:
  • Performance management process
  • Salary review / bonuses
  • Training needs collecting and arranging
• Being the local reference for Compensation and Benefits projects
• HR administration and payroll fulfilment
• Leading the recruitment activity especially in reinforcing the relations with local universities
