Swiss-based tech startup WayRay is a game-changer in the field of automotive/ augmented reality technologies. With offices around the world and $100 million of investment from our partners, we are seeking ambitious individuals to join our fast-growing team.

At present, we are looking for a Sourcer to be a vital member of the HR department that improves our knowledge of the industry and time to hire.

As HR, we are always working on developing our process, learning the cutting edge practices, and then transforming them for our needs. One of our big projects, for now, is the implementation of a new hiring approach. We based it on the “Who” method and our Values.

Our team is locating in different countries. We have employers in Russia, Chiana, and Switzerland.

 As the Sourcer, your primary task will be to keep tabs on talent pools and HR Analytics. This position is located in Russia (Moscow) and reported to the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Position Goals

Sourcing for the best talent around the globe to join our Zurich and Moscow offices.

Primary tasks 

  • Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs in the automotive/ deep- and high-tech industry.
  • Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques.
  • Interacting with potential candidates on social media and professional networks.
  • Maintain and develop professional relationships by attending social groups and conferences or job fairs.
  • Generate analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
  • Write and post recruitment ads on external job sites and social media channels, continually promoting our employer brand.

Required experience & skills

  • Not less than three years’ experience in deep-/ high-tech/ IT sourcing or recruitment.
  • Deep understanding of the automotive/ deep- and high-tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of a variety of sourcing methods. 
  • English language at the level of advanced or better.
  • Ability to work in a team.

  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excellent critical analysis, statistical analysis, and logic/reasoning skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to changes.
  • Flexibility and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment prone to change.
