Описание вакансии

We are looking for a new teammate to join our talent team as an experienced IT Recruiter.

Our work style is Agile, which includes regular team meetings, retrospectives, and backlog management. We hire for various units like backend and front-end, QA, Analytics, Project and Product Management teams.

Here's a quick overview of our routine:

  • Searching, interviewing, and evaluating candidates based on their skills (experience and English level) and personal attributes (motivation, team, and cultural fit)
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop hiring strategies
  • Providing weekly recruitment reports (funnel, experiments)
  • Participating in onboarding new employees
  • Driving recruiting projects to enhance current hiring processes
  • Maintaining statistics on vacancies in our ATS system (Huntflow)

Key Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience of the full-cycle recruiting;
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT product company;
  • proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Boolean Search;
  • an ability to influence effectively and build strong partnerships with hiring managers;
  • analytical mindset and willingness to perform in a data-driven environment;
  • upper-intermediate level of English is a MUST.
