Cryptomeria Labs opened an office in Phuket, Thailand. It is a great chance to join a global team and make a step into the global market. From the West Coast to Tokyo we have presence and experience in global business development, investments and marketing. We see gaming as one of the new strategic directions for Cryptomeria Venture Studio.

We are looking for a Game Producer, a strong leader in one of the most promising metaverse-experience games. We acknowledge that it is a challenging task to create a fascinating mobile game with in-game tokens and NFTs, but we believe it’s possible. By creating such games we can become the first Studio to disrupt the market of blockchain games and bring more recognition into it. You will have enough independence in decision making, reporting directly to the Product Owner of the Cryptomeria Labs (Games).

Cryptomeria Venture Studio is a company built of experienced entrepreneurs, innovators, and investors and has the funds, in-house expertise, and patience to build its own startups from scratch. By leading with fresh approaches and ideas, Cryptomeria Venture Studio effectively combines the disruptiveness of a startup with the necessary stability of a team and resources to build companies that require decade long roadmaps before profitability and deft maneuvering of public and private opportunities.

What You’ll Do

• Match the market and company needs and create the feature plan for upcoming releases and project benchmarks
• Build and manage the team of creative and technical staff (game balance and economy designers, narrative designer)
• Work closely with the marketing team to define the publishing strategy
• Stakeholder communication: ensuring the feedback from our founders and token holders is heard, categorized, and prioritized
• Research the market and help find data-driven answers to: Should we choose the cyberpunk setting? Which game genre to choose and why? etc.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience as game designer and game producer
• Fluent English, speaker experience at the conferences is a plus
• Strong project and people management skills
• Proven track record of delivering games to market on-time with expected metrics
• Strong analytical and logical skills
• Passion for video games in multiple genres
• Interest in crypto, blockchain, NFT and new technology
• Experience delivering games built on Unity is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset is a plus
• Understanding of the gaming industry, trends and landscape. Strong network in the field is a plus
