Creative Producer

We are looking for a Creative Producer to join our Digital team.
You will lead the production of creatives for the performance marketing team and help UA managers improve engagement metrics, reduce CAC, and scale digital channels (Meta, TikTok, Google).

Job responsibilities:

• Lead production of video and static creatives
• Coordinate multiple production agencies, creators, and internal design team
• Collect and analyze performance data from creatives
• Create scripts for video creatives based on data in collaboration with the user acquisition team
• Monitor production timelines and quality

Requirements:

• Experience as a creative producer at least 1 year
• Strong project management skills
• Understanding of digital channel algorithms (Meta, TikTok, Google)
• Ability to analyze the effectiveness of creatives and adjust production to improve results
• Experience in creating UGC content
• Understanding of CAC, ROI, and LTV metrics
• English C1 or higher
• Knowledge of Spanish would be a big plus
• Desire to build a process that is top-notch and scalable across multiple financial products
