The purpose of this role is to contribute in the development, implementation and support of Market Business Applications' systems/services portfolio through various business projects implementation based on modern IT technologies and best practices.
Manages projects and other activities (including those performed by business functions and/or Internal/External Service Providers). Supports and coordinates assigned projects, activities connected to implementation and modification of the corporate IT systems (SAP, SAP HR, TME) on the Market.

What will you do:

  • Act as a liaison between business functions and IT, transform business needs to IT solutions;
  • Plan and implement business applications development/implementation projects;
  • Ensure clarification and alignment of project goals, scope and deliverables;
  • Ensure business application implementation, planning, coordination and control on the project execution, involvement of internal IT resources (Market and Corporate) and/or external providers;
  • Prepare and coordinate the testing process (integration, user acceptance, etc.) with all involved business functions, Corporate/Market IT and external providers;
  • Ensure the project and technical documentation is prepared, and trainings are conducted to the key business users;
  • Prepare and execute the roll-out of business applications to the production environment;
  • Ensure the communication with the project team and involved business functions, and regular status updates to the project stakeholders;
  • Ensure on-going support and modification of business applications functionality according to the changes in the business processes and needs;
  • Ensure effective communication with suppliers: initiate and manage a selection process of an external software development/implementation company at the stage of tender; ensure contracts preparation/approval and effective communication with selected suppliers for proper fulfilment of contractual terms; monitor performance of providers and ensure necessary follow up with the management.

We expect from you:

  • University Degree in the fields of Information Technologies/Computer Science/Mathematics;
  • Project management experience (budgets, resource planning, etc.) in the area of software development projects implementation;
  • Strong time management, planning and coordination skills;
  • Good communication and negotiation skills;
  • Good analytical and mathematics skills;
  • Well-organized, self-disciplined, responsible and result-oriented person;
  • Structured approach and attention to details;
  • Ability to learn quickly;
  • Ability to work under time pressure;
  • English: Upper-Intermediate (spoken, written);
  • Experience in external suppliers/vendors management.
