Marketing Manager VOD

EXPERIENCE: 3-6 years

LOCATION: MOSCOW

CONTRACT: FIXED-TERM 1 year

• High energy level and commitment to success needed, including efficient teamwork
• You have strong interpersonal skills, with sensitivity and openness to a variety of cultures
• You have experience of working with agencies (creative, digital, media),
• You are ready to be tested.

THE JOB:

The role is responsible for full marketing support for Paramount+ and Paramount Play in Russia and Ukraine, as well as promotion of other online video content and new products. 

• Development and implementation of ad campaigns and promo activities according to the marketing budget and KPIs.
• Negotiations with partners and studios to support premieres and library’s content.
• Approval of all creative assets (banners, videos), making recommendations and edits.
• Briefing, supervising and collaborating with the external agencies – media, digital and creative.
• Preparation of reports and presentations with post-analysis of marketing campaigns.
