I was a co-founder of RocketBrush Studio (Cyprus), which I've built together with my co-founder. We started from scratch without any financial backing and built a company of 70+ employees, with an annual turnover of over 1M USD. On this path I gained valuable experience in various fields:

• Project management - I was both a PM on high-profile cases and was handling a team of our PMs;
• Finances - building&maintaining our own solution for accounting as well as handling all incoming/outcoming payments;
• Legal - incorporation of the company and handling necessary paperwork and audits;
• HR - hiring everyone and building an onboarding process for every role in the company;
• Sales - obtaining new clients and managing existing ones

In general my нужен доступ к резюме is to use both data-driven approach and case-by-case study combined when working with people - it allows for a clear general direction, while still providing enough flexibility for each person to work efficiently.
