With 6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and People Operations, Ive worked across international companies, agencies and startups in FinTech, iGaming, technology and education.
My focus is on helping businesses attract the right talent, especially for complex and hard-to-fill roles. This means working closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, challenge requirements when needed and develop sourcing strategies that work in real talent markets.
Beyond recruitment, my experience covers onboarding, employee experience, employer branding and HR process improvement. I focus on making processes clearer, improving collaboration and finding practical solutions that support both employees and the business. AI and automation are also part of how I approach more efficient ways of working.
