Senior Product Manager with 7+ years of experience building and scaling B2C and B2B SaaS products across web and mobile, with core expertise in fintech and crypto / Web3. 

I specialize in building and launching 0→1 products and designing growth strategies that drive revenue – from scaling acquisition through website SEO and onboarding conversion optimization to improving activation, LTV and retention growth. Hands-on experience across crypto wallets, exchanges, OTC trading, non-custodial staking, dApps and DeFi.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

• Increased crypto wallet MRR by 9% through onboarding and KYC optimization, and 16% virtual Debit card issuance growth;
• Drove 24% MRR growth for an ETH staking dApp by building 2 re-staking products and integration of widget into Ledger Live;
• Built and launched a DeFi marketplace from scratch, owning product vision, GTM strategy, and driving $11M TVL; 
• Build from scratch a custodial cryptocurrency exchange (CEX) and an OTC trading service in a startup team;
• Launched an SMB from scratch, owning the product, P&L, and GTM, and scaled it to $6,500+ in MRR and 34% OM;
• Relaunched 2 websites, growing organic traffic by 15% and 10% through SEO and increasing CR to registration and app install.
