Development and production operations of VTB Bank’s Tariff Management product.

2 cross-functional teams / 21 specialists • 16 microservices • 32 integrations • 50 consuming systems • ~1 release/week

• Assumed leadership during a critical period and delivered commitments for a bank-wide AI project on schedule; teams reached up to 3 releases per week at peak load.
• Redesigned production change readiness: standardized Test/PreProd/Prod and changed the testing approach, increasing successful releases from 68% to 95%; the new model resulted in zero production defects.
• Manage the production change lifecycle across 16 microservices and 32 integrations — from requirements and development through testing, acceptance, production release and operations; coordinate infrastructure readiness, releases, critical incidents and cross-team dependencies.
• Manage releases, critical incidents, availability, capacity, technical debt and resources; collaborate with architecture and information security.
• Develop the team through 1:1s, individual development plans, onboarding and retrospectives; independently built two AI-enabled MVPs for business-process automation.

• Rebuilt Infrastructure Operations: created a new structure and 11-person team, implemented common operating standards, SLAs, backup and RPO/RTO practices.
• Moved 100% of employees to remote work without business interruption.
