I am a hands-on IT Infrastructure & Systems Specialist with a solid track record in managing corporate networks, server infrastructure, and VDI solutions.
Throughout my career, my main focus has been ensuring zero business downtime, scaling technical support delivery, and building stable IT environments from scratch. I enjoy solving infrastructure puzzles and automating routine tasks to make workflows smoother.
Core Technical Expertise:
• Infrastructure & OS: Windows Server, Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), Active Directory, GPO, Identity Access Management (MFA).
• Virtualization & Cloud: VMware Horizon, VDI solutions, Docker, containerized environments.
• Networking & Security: VPN troubleshooting, DHCP, VLANs, network diagnostics.
• ITSM & Processes: Service Desk management (IntraService), SLA enforcement, software asset & license management.
