My name is Vladimir Bobrovsky. As a manager with 14 years of experience of working in IT. My previous 3 years of work were closely connected with Big Data and MLOps projects: I managed the design of a ML platform with more than 30 real-time models, which our client uses in SME loan/lending, retail lending, and corporate lending. 

Here are a few of my professional skills and achievements:

• Managing geographically distributed cross-functional teams: in my current role, I grew a geographically distributed team from 2 to 30 people.

• Developing projects from scratch: from presale activities to user support processes, from the product start to its commercial usage.

• Adapting projects for the customer’s benefit: I organized the architecture solution approval process to use open-source products, which benefited the client by decreasing the OPEX.

• Achieved the target profitability: all project satisfied the annual profitability target level.
