Manage delivery across an enterprise internal operations platform, a customer mobile app, HR and career tools, process automation, and marketing web projects. The main platform serves 10,000+ employees and around 4,000 DAU across 200+ retail locations.

• Manage scope, priorities, dependencies, and delivery across five parallel projects with 4 backend developers, web and Flutter developers, and DevOps. Lead sprint and release planning with the CTO and business teams.
• Maintained project plans, milestones, delivery status, and stakeholder reporting. Coordinated the first large-scale launch, audits, the mobile app, and the web and app redesign on an approximately two-week release cycle.
• Converted stakeholder needs into scoped workflows, acceptance criteria, edge cases, and tasks for backend, web, mobile, and integration work. Established acceptance testing and release-readiness checks without dedicated QA coverage.
• Delivered a 1C-integrated timesheet workflow that reduced processing from up to 75 minutes to around 3 minutes per department per payroll period across 273 departments.
• Coordinated delivery for a customer-facing mobile app for a 1M+ customer base, HR and career tools, and marketing web projects. Internal platform workflows include 45,000+ employee requests, 75,000+ checklist results, 10,000+ audit results, and 1,050 users created through Administration.
