Dear Hiring Team,

For the past five years I have led digital transformation projects — ERP, MRP, CPM, BPM and BI — for medium and large businesses in mining, metallurgy, energy, utilities, retail, e-commerce and pharmaceuticals, including international companies and multi-country rollouts. I own projects end to end: from pre-sales and the project charter to go-live, support and contract extensions.

Delivery with a business result. I manage scope, schedule, budget and margin as one system. I held a 45% project margin through a restructuring on a large energy-sector project, grew margin by 5–15% on several other projects, and secured additional agreements that expanded budgets and license volumes. Changes go through formal change requests with a clear impact on time and cost.

Cross-functional leadership. I lead teams of 15+ people — business analysts, methodologists, developers, testers, modelers, technical and functional architects — most of whom do not report to me directly, so results come from transparency, clear agreements and timely escalation. In autumn 2024 I ran three projects on different platforms in parallel.

Clients and stakeholders. I run pre-sales, prepare and defend commercial proposals, and manage expectations from operational teams up to client leadership. Five additional support agreements signed with two clients reflect the long-term relationships I build.

Tools and technology. MS Dynamics 365 F&O, Power Platform, Power BI and the Casplan planning platform; integrations with 1C, SAP, CRM, MDM, EDI, POS and e-commerce. Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall, Jira, Confluence, MS Project, BPMN. I use AI assistants daily. English C1, German B2.
