6+ years managing ML/DS products, with a focus on LLM over the last 2 years. Before moving into product management I worked as a developer: Yandex Search (algorithms, ML, IT systems architecture).

- At VK I owned Zen Search and VK Video Search (tens of millions MAU): led the migration of Zen from Yandex technologies to VK's own stack, improved ranking quality (timespent +5% relative to Yandex), grew advertising revenue (+5%), and cut assessor labeling costs by нужен доступ к резюме (tens of millions RUB per year) using LLM.

- At SuperJob I owned job and resume search: launched "Automatic Job Seeker Response" (+15% employer–job seeker matches, 20% conversion to usage, 60% day-7 retention, with no increase in employer complaints).

In every product I run the full research cycle: user research (custdev), historical data analysis, user segmentation, online experiments.

I regularly use Claude Cowork / Codex for:
- market, competitor and user research: initial research to form the first set of hypotheses, and processing of raw research data
- prototyping
- all development stages: PRD, architecture, code, tests
