Senior Project Manager / Delivery Manager with 4+ years of experience delivering complex international IT infrastructure and HPC projects for an enterprise client in the biotechnology sector.

In my current role, I manage projects throughout the full lifecycle—from requirements analysis, planning, and scope definition to implementation, release, and operational support. I coordinate cross-functional teams of up to 16 specialists, including system engineers, DevOps engineers, architects, analysts, cloud and security engineers, and technical writers. My responsibilities also include stakeholder communication, roadmap and release planning, risk and dependency management, change management, vendor coordination, and service quality control.

Key achievements include:

• Delivered two new HPC platforms and coordinated the decommissioning of legacy infrastructure.
• Managed an online migration of approximately 7 PB of research data without disrupting critical business processes.
• Helped reduce selected file operations from around two hours to two minutes.
• Delivered infrastructure improvements that accelerated computational workloads by 30% to 10x, depending on the use case.
• Coordinated 120–150 User requests per quarter while maintaining service SLA above 99%.
• Established operational processes, reporting, SOPs, and runbooks for a complex 24/7 production environment.
• Contributed to the long-term success of the engagement, which was extended for four consecutive years.

Before moving into IT project management, I spent approximately seven years in retail management, progressing to a director-level position and leading a team of up to 70 employees. This experience gave me a strong foundation in people management, operational efficiency, KPI ownership, and decision-making.

I am particularly interested in complex international projects where structured management, technical understanding, and close collaboration between business and engineering teams are essential.
