Over the past 1.5 years, I have completely switched to recruiting in IT: as a Recruiter, I have closed key performance marketing positions (Head of User Acquisition, Senior PPC Manager, Affiliate Manager, Media Buyer), building targeted sourcing on LinkedIn and Telegram and forming shortlists in 1-2 weeks, as well as managing the entire funnel - from screening and coordinating interviews to offering for distributed teams in Belarus, Poland and Ukraine.

prior to that, working as an IT recruiter at the Smart HR Agency, she led the full cycle of recruitment (from search and verification to the final offer) in the roles of Frontend Developer, UI/UX Designer, Customer Support, SDR, Creative/Motion Designer, User Acquisition, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean/X‑ray search and ATS, focusing simultaneously on the rate of vacancy closure and the quality of candidates.

I started my career in recruitment as an IT Sourcer trainee at Aston, where she mastered advanced search (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X‑ray, operator search), resume analysis, outreach, and building a network of contacts for complex IT vacancies (PHP, QA, Go, .NET, FullStack, DevOps, Java, mobile development, analytics, 1C), which allowed me to quickly move from sourcing to full‑fledged recruitment management and form a strong foundation for working in the highly competitive IT market.
