• Now, at DXC Luxoft, I am Design Team Lead in the internal product department, remaining hands-on in UX for complex data-heavy systems. I also led development of the internal design system.

• Earlier, at Eurasian Resources Group, I built internal enterprise tools, led the ERP redesign merging multiple systems, expanded the idea-tracking platform, and created a website builder to replace SharePoint.

• At Geonaft, I was the sole designer, unified standalone modules into a single platform for oil and gas specialists, and built a UI library for four products.• For almost every product I have worked on, I have managed and developed design systems or UI kits from scratch, tracking their step-by-step integration into existing and future products.

• I also designed for startups in EdTech, VR/AR, contemporary art, and for non-profits and creative agencies.
