I have over 10 years of experience managing IT projects in fintech, telecom, agriculture, and the public sector. I have led projects end-to-end — from presale and competitive bidding to successful delivery and further development. I managed cross-functional teams of 30+ specialists. I launched web and mobile applications from scratch, defined strategies, developed roadmaps, and managed budgets.

Working at a system integrator gave me the opportunity to dive deep into various industries. I quickly and with genuine interest learn new domains and always study the specifics of clients' businesses. I easily adapt to new systems and can dive into both the product and technical aspects of projects — helping me build effective communication between business and IT teams.

Work brings me joy when the result is visible and useful for people. I enjoy creating and developing products that one can be proud of and easily explain to friends and family. In a team, I value openness and mutual support — I am always ready to support colleagues, help sort things out, and move forward together.

Currently, I am taking the Vibecoding course at Gconf by the founders of Dbrain to master new no-code tools and broaden my perspective on applying AI in everyday management and communication processes. I am passionate about the development of artificial intelligence and believe in its limitless potential — both in projects and in everyday life.

I am confident that my experience in managing complex projects, my ability to quickly understand client specifics, and my genuine interest in applying AI will allow me to contribute significantly to the growth of a new team.
