👉 I am a Creative Marketing Lead who helps brands create content that brings value to people and meets business demands. I lead content and creative teams, assisting them in improving the quality of their work. 

👉 My expertise includes Social Media Marketing, Social Media Strategies, Podcast Launches, and creating Reels and Video content. I utilize creative methodologies in my work, take an empathetic-oriented approach with teams, and have a deep understanding of social media.

👉 Ever since I was 17, I have been working hard and achieving some accomplishments that I am proud of:
— In 2019, I won a grand-prix at the largest Russian marketing festival G8 (Great Eight).
— I launched and hosted a podcast about the creative industry in Russia with leaders in the marketing field.
— I built a creative team at Alter consisting of 8 team members.
— At Alter, I launched Reels and gained 3 million views, attracting over 100 new customers per quarter.
— I delivered lectures at the British Higher School of Arts and Design and the Airy Conference on Reels and creative marketing.
