I’m an engineering leader with 15+ years of experience designing and operating high-scale distributed systems while leading engineering teams through complex product growth.

In my most recent role, I led engineering for a large-scale real-time decision-making platform focused on user behavior processing, personalized engagement, and LTV optimization. The system served over 200M user profiles, supported 30M MAU, and processed approximately 50M events daily. I combined hands-on Go backend development with technical ownership of architecture, reliability, performance optimization, and end-to-end delivery across distributed event-driven systems. CRM, ERP, and email marketing capabilities were built on top of this high-load processing core.

My focus is building reliable, high-performance platforms, making critical architectural decisions, and solving complex scalability challenges while maintaining fast and predictable delivery.

I’m particularly interested in roles where I can stay close to architecture and implementation, drive technical direction, and help build scalable systems that deliver significant business impact.
