Hi, I’m Dmitriy — a Senior Product Designer with 10+ years of experience in mobile and web products.

I work at the intersection of UX, design systems, and product thinking.
My focus is on improving flows, reducing friction, and helping teams ship features faster with consistent quality.

I’ve designed for fintech, CRM, and social products (VTB Bank, amoCRM, VK, Gameram). In these roles I owned mobile apps, core user flows, internal tools, and design systems.

What I bring to the team:

- System thinking and scalable design systems
- Clear communication with PMs and developers
- Ability to structure problems, validate hypotheses, and deliver solutions that improve key metrics

I am used to working as the only designer in a product or as part of a design team. I can lead features
end-to-end: from research and problem framing to implementation and follow-up analysis.

Currently looking for a Product Designer / Senior Product Designer role in fintech, SaaS, marketplaces,
or social/creator products.
