Support Engineer with experience of over 5 years in Tech industry. 

Have a Computer Science education and experience both in Customer Support and development of technical components of services. That allows me to solve problems that go beyond the scope of common Support quickly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of productivity. 

• Experience in domains ERP, HSP, Fintech (Banking), Edtech 

• Work in teams of up to 14 people 

• Handling user requests: Email, phone or remote connection 

• Experience in equipment configuration, monitoring of services and modifying dashboards
