HR specialist with over 10 years of experience in 4 areas (IT, retail, systems integration, services) with teams of 20 to 500+ employees.
Having gone through a career path from an HR specialist to an HR director, I have mastered the entire spectrum of HR processes in practice and can build them into an effectively functioning system.
I sincerely adore the HR field for its dynamism and lack of routine. I am most inspired by complex tasks and professional challenges - that is why I am usually where it is necessary to develop, transform, implement - in general, establish processes.
