I’ve been in IT HR for almost 6 years and worked in people management for about 12. I love the human side of tech — helping teams grow, solving real problems, and making work a place people actually enjoy. I’ve hired C-level managers, various IT specialists, marketing specialists, supported business leaders and teams, and built a culture where people feel comfortable and want to grow. I believe that high-quality HR makes a meaningful contribution to helping both the business and its people move forward and thrive.
